integrated media specialist


The Integrated Media Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of integrated media plans to drive brand awareness and consideration of the HOF brand and support sell through efforts for retail partners.  This role has a heavy emphasis on digital media investment inclusive of paid search, retargeting, display, mobile, online video and paid social media channels.   This role will also be responsible for print plan and co-op advertising initiatives.  Key to this role is the ability to develop measurement plans against business critical KPIs and provide reporting & analytics on media investment.    Need experience identifying actionable insights and ability to apply in order to optimize plans.

• Develop and execute integrated media plans including recommendations on targeting, budget allocation, flighting, program/site selection and reporting.
• Responsible for paid media budget management
• Provide competitive tracking and insights on competitive activity.
• Manage external partners to execute daily paid search and display as well as offline campaigns 
• Analyze campaign performance data to produce actionable insights and flag issues
• Identify and test new search marketing programs and opportunities
• Use web analytics to identify opportunities that lead to high performance landing pages
• Execute and manage ongoing A/B and multivariate testing on ad copy, landing pages, and keywords
• Communicate directly with the Marketing Team on all aspects of media including campaign performance, project status and goals
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 3 years’ relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Agency experience a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing on and offline media campaigns
• Experience with PPC, display and retargeting
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
